This Chapter lead us to know about the historical date of Indian History "November 14". Children's Day is celebrated each year on November 14 in India as a tribute to the country's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. Jawaharlal Nehru, fondly called 'Chacha Nehru' was born this Day, that is November 14, in 1889. After Nehru's death in 1964, it was unanimously decided to celebrate his birthday as Children's Day. Earlier, the children's Day was celebrated on November 20, as observed by the United Nations. But, after the death of Chacha Nehru, in 1964, the nation decided to celebrate his birthday as Children's Day to honour his memory.
