Preparation Tips

  • Know your exam pattern- If you want to prepare for CS exam, then you should have a thorough knowledge of the latest CS syllabus and the exam pattern.
  • Prepare study Plan- Make a proper plan to cover all the topics for the CS exam. Start with a complex topic first and try to develop a base as much as possible.

You can also read the study material online, which is easily available on the ICSI official website, and you can also refer to the link from our website.
  • Practice previous years question papers- Try to solve more question papers every day. This always helps students to understand how questions are framed in the exam. It will also boost your confidence and writing speed and even help you develop time management.
  • Don't leave any answer blank- There is no negative marking, so try not to leave a single question blank. At least try to write something relevant in the topic that is asked in the question, even if it is not completely correct. But if you have no idea about that question and you are completely blank in that case, you can leave the question, but we would advise you not to leave any question blank.
  • Revision is a must- Try to complete your syllabus at least one month before the exam starts. Make your own notes for revision. If you are really trying to clear this exam, then one-month full revision is required.
  • Keep yourself focused and stay physically and mentally balanced- You have to be calm and motivated every time. Always stay focused and make better use of time. Don't Be Restless and take breaks in between. Follow your timetable and be determined to keep it going.
  • All the best.
